CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. All payments are due and payable at the time of the visit. Method of payment may be in the form of cash, check, Venmo, credit, or debit card. (There is an additional 3.8% convenience fee added for cc/debit payments so IF YOU WANT TO save $, please pay cash!)
  2. We will collect your credit card information at the time of booking to hold your appointment.
  3. Prices are subject to change. There may be times when promotional prices are offered.
  4. Series packages must be used within noted time periods, from the time of purchase, depending on which package is purchased (see under “Fees”) and are not shareable with anyone else.
  5. Your time is valuable and we appreciate your understanding that our time is also valuable. If you don’t show up for your appointment, or if less than 24 hours notice is given to change or cancel an appointment, you will be charged a fee of $60 for the missed appointment. Your willingness to cover the cost of a missed appointment when you cannot give 24 hours notice clearly demonstrates your consideration of our time and efforts. (Special circumstances are considered on a case by case basis).
  6. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
